It began in Kilkenny City in 1963, with one of Ireland's most ambitious design initiatives and a belief that creativity could shape the country's future. More than a retail destination, Kilkenny Design was created to champion exceptional Irish makers, designers and craftsmanship.
Today, while proudly family-owned, Kilkenny Design continues that original vision through our Nassau Street flagship in Dublin and partnerships with more than 250 Irish makers, bringing the very best of Ireland to customers at home and around the world.
