Each product sold on the us.kilkennydesign.com website has an estimated delivery time. We endeavor to deliver to the times specified, however on rare occasions,  delays may occur which are outside of our control.

USA, Canada, UK, EU, Australia, and Rest of World: 

When ordering to USA, Canada, Australia, UK or Rest of World locations (excluding Ireland) your order will be sent via UPS. A Signature is usually required on delivery. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with details on your tracking information. You can track your parcel here.

Ireland:

When ordering to Ireland and Northern Ireland your order will be sent via An Post or GLS. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with details on your tracking information.

All deliveries to the EU will be made by An Post. You can track your parcel here.

In-Store Shippings:

Please allow 6-8 weeks for orders placed in store, via our store shipping service, to arrive at international destinations.

Duty/Tax Information (NON USA ONLY)

All merchandise may be subject to duty or other taxes on importation into your own country of residence. Kilkenny are not responsible for any importation charges or government fees that may be applied.

A clearance fee may also be levied by your local post office on each such dutiable parcel. Some Post Offices show this as “Additional Postage” or “Postage Due”. 

Items sold online will only be delivered to the address specified on your order.
