INGREDIENTS Organic Hemp Seed Oil, Organic MCT Coconut Oil, Full spectrum hemp (Cannabis Sativa), Cold pressed orange, Vitamin D3 (vegan cholecalciferol), D-alpha tocopherol (antioxidant) HOW TO Shake bottle well before use. Squeeze the dropper, it will fill up with 0.5ml of oil (which is half a daily dose). Drop oil under the tongue, hold for 45-60 seconds until absorbed and then swallow. Repeat these steps to take another 0.5ml, now you will have your recommended daily dose (1ml in total).
A useful measurement guide is included with your product to help you accurately measure how much you are taking. Take as part of a healthy and balanced diet. WHEN TO Take half the recommended daily dose with food in the morning, and take the second half in the evening with food.
