How can I purchase a Gift Card?
Click here to purchase a Kilkenny Gift Voucher. Include the value of the Gift Voucher and preferred method of payment. Vouchers can be purchased at a minimum value of €30 and a maximum of €500. All Gift Cards are delivered via courier. Kilkenny vouchers are presented in our exclusive packaging; the perfect gift for any occasion.

What is Kilkenny’s Refund and Exchange Policy?
Kilkenny is happy to refund or exchange merchandise if returned as sold within 28 days and accompanied by proof of purchase. (not applicable on sale items) All refunds will be issued in accordance with your original method of payment. Without proof of purchase, an exchange or credit note may be given at the current selling price. For Hygiene reasons, our refund policy does not apply to a small number of products. Can I put items on deposit?
Kilkenny Stores offer customers the opportunity to put products on deposit. A minimum payment of 15% is required to hold the product for six weeks. Not available online.
