In Store Exchange/Refund Policy
If merchandise is returned, as sold, together with the original receipt, we are happy to:
Refund within 14 days
or
Exchange within 28 days
A gift receipt entitles the holder to an exchange/gift card only. Reduced price merchandise may be returned within 7 days with the original receipt for an exchange/gift card only. All refunds will be issued in accordance with the original payment method.
For safety and hygiene reasons, our exchange/refund policy does not extend to a small number of products, such as earrings
Gift cards/gift vouchers are not refundable.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
